Dr. Haili Wang, MD
Co-Founder
Dr. Haili Wang is a colorectal surgeon and Associate Professor at the University of Alberta. She also holds an MSc. in Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Alberta, where her expertise in colorectal cancer led her to the discovery of novel urine diagnostics for improved colorectal cancer screening.
Jean Forsythe, BA
VP, Corporate Development
Jean Forsythe has extensive experience in project management and business development in industry and academia. Before joining MTI, Jean was a Campaign Coordinator for development at Stanford University. She has a BA from the University of British Columbia.
Mickel Hiebert, PhD
Senior Scientist
Mickel Hiebert has over 10 years’ experience in the fields of analytical chemistry, mass spectrometry and metabolomics. His most recent work was focused on the development of analytical methods and analytical method validation for novel industry-specific products.
Azeret Zuniga, PhD
QA/RA Manager
Dr. Azeret Zuniga, has over 6 years' GMP experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with extensive experience with USFDA and Health Canada compliance. She holds both a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Alberta and is an American Society of Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).

Rebecca Lin has more than 10 years' experience in the field of analytical chemistry, specializing in Metabolomics and Mass Spectrometry.
